Lungru is basically stems stir fried in yogurt, and is very much loved by the localites there. It is high in vitamins and minerals, and can be included in the diet and it will linger on the taste buds.

10 pc Lungru stems-curled tops of vegetable fern, 1 tsp-asafoetida, 1 tsp-cumin seeds, oil as required, 1 tsp-turmeric powder, ½ tsp-red chili powder, 3-4 tsp -yogurt, salt as required
1. Remove the hair on Lungru stems using cotton cloth and then wash them and cut into small pieces
2. Heat excess oil in a pan and add pinch of asafoetida and cumin seeds.
3. Add Lungru and stir fry them. Once they are soft, add turmeric powder and red chilli powder.
4. Add salt as per taste, and then add curd, once the Lungru seems almost done.
Stir them properly and serve hot.
