Maida, oil, dry fruits, cardamom, jaggery
1. Heat oil in a pan, add the maida and cook on low flame till it changes to slight brown color.
2. Make a fine powder of the dry fruits, cardamom and jaggery.
3. Add the other ingredients to the maida with constant stirring
4. Grease a pan with oil and spread the sweet mixture on it.
5. Allow to set for 1 hour, then cut into squares
Store in airtight box for up to six days.
