Mandua Pithas are full of carbohydrates, fiber and essential minerals.

Wheat flour: 2 cups, jaggery: 2 cups, crushed fennel: 1 tsp, black pepper: 1 tsp, ghee: for deep frying, water: 1 cup
1. Boil water and add jaggery, fennel, and black pepper powder. Add wheat flour while stirring continuously.
2. Keep mixing and folding the dough. Once it thickens and becomes firm, remove from heat and allow to cool.
3. Form small balls from the dough, and roll them into small flat discs.
4. Fry the rolled pithas in ghee till golden brown. Serve hot.
