Mango Cheese Cake

MANGO is the 'King of fruits.' It is a sweet, yellow, juicy fruit, which is packed with all the goodness of Vitamin A, which is important to have healthy eyes. It contains Vitamin B6, which is essential for the brain development. Mangoes also contain Vitamin C, which improves immune system of the body by fighting infections. This recipe also contains eggs, which is a high biological value protein needed for the growth and development.

Ingredients to make Mango Cheese Cake (1 serving): Mangoes- 100 g, marie biscuits – 6– 8, eggs- 2, cream cheese- 50 g, sugar – 35 g, butter-50 g

Steps to make Mango Cheese Cake:

1. To the blender, add biscuits, and sugar and blenderise into a coarse powder and transfer into the container of desired shape.

2. Add butter to the biscuit mixture. Mix thoroughly and pat the mixture well.

3. In a large bowl, add cream cheese and sugar. Beat well and to this, add eggs one by one.

4. Puree the mangoes and add it to the egg mixture.

5. Transfer this mixture on top of the biscuit layer and bake it for 180º-190ºc for 10 to 15 minutes until set and golden brown.

Delicious Mango Cheese Cake is all set to be served! Enjoy!

Note: Instead of eggs, gelatine can be used and allowed to set in the refrigerator (NO BAKE METHOD).
