Mangoes are a rich source of dietary fibre, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, manganese and potassium. You can extract all these nutrients and provide in a yummy manner by preparing mango juice.

Ingredients: 2 medium sized alphonso mangoes, peeled and chopped; sugar as per taste, ice cubes.
Steps:
1. Save a few pieces from the chopped mangoes for garnishing.
2. Put all the ingredients into a mixer jar and blend into a smooth juice.
3. Pour out into tall glasses, garnish with the chopped mangoes and serve.
