This is a refreshing smoothie which is very healthy. It is rich in carbohydrates and proteins.Carbohydrates provide the energy that fuels your metabolism and protein is essential for overall growth.

½ cup diced frozen mango, 2/3 cup yoghurt, 1 tsp powdered jaggery
1. In a blender, combine frozen mango, yoghurt, water and powdered jaggery.
2. Whirl until the mixture is smooth, adding a bit more yoghurt if needed.
3. Add the ice cubes to the pitcher and serve straight from the refrigerator. The prep time for this is 5 minutes and it serves 2.
This is a mouth watering smoothie!
