    Ingredients to make Masala Fingers:

    2 potatoes, wheat flour, corn flour, lemon juice, coriander leaves, salt, oil

    Steps to make Masala Fingers:

    1. Wash and peel the potatoes . Cut into thin long shapes like French fries.

    2. Marinate the potatoes with salt and let it sit for 10 minutes.

    3. In a bowl, add the marinated potatoes, more salt if needed , 1 tablespoon of all the flours and a table spoon of lemon juice.

    4. Heat oil in a pan.

    5. The amount of oil should be about 11⁄2 inches.

    6. Check if the oil is hot enough to fry. For this, add a strip of potato in the oil, if it sizzles, then oil is ready.

    7. Fry the potatoes in batches till golden brown.

    8. Place on kitchen towel to take out excess oil.

    9. Garnish with coriander leaves.

    Yummy crispy Masala Fingers are ready to be relished.
