Fish is good for health as it offers a variety of important growth nutrients. You can treat with Masala Fry Fish that is one of the best sea food delicacies in India. The presence of fish adds Vitamin B-6, protein and Vitamin B-12. Moreover, curry leaves are also present in sufficient quantity which offers Vitamin C, dietary fiber and magnesium. This dish can be served preferably during dinner time.

Ingredients: Fish 3 medium sized clean, coconut oil 3 to 5 tbsp, curry leaves. Marination: chili powder 1 tbsp., kashmiri chili powder 2 tbsp, ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp, garam masala powder 2 tsp, turmeric powder 1 tsp, salt, lemon juice 1-2 tbsp and water.
Steps:
1. You need to first mix the ingredients for marination in order to create a thick paste. Apply it over the fish and leave it for 30 min.
2. Next step is to heat coconut oil in a pan. Place the fish in the pan and cook it for 7-8 minutes with a cover on. Flip the fish side to side in order to make it crispy.
3. Add the curry leaves and mix well.
Serve hot. Share the recipe among friends and family.
