Try out this delightful and nutritious dish, which is a is a good source of nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. Apart from that it also offers a decent amount of protein and fibers. The aroma and flavor of spices will be loved.

350 gm kunduri, 300 gm aloo,100 gm onion, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 4 tbsp. refined oil, 3 tbsp. curry powder and salt as required
1. Wash and trim the ends of kunduri. Slit open in the middle till three by fourth.
2. Finely chop onion and potato.
3. Mix curry powder, turmeric powder, chili powder and salt to the potato and onion pieces. Keep it aside.
4. Stuff small amount of the above dry mixture into slit kunduris.
5. Heat oil in a pan and put the stuffed kunduris and cover it with a lid. Once half cooked add the remaining potato and onion masala to it.
6. Stir it and cover again. Fry it till both the potato and kunduris is nicely cooked.
Serve it hot with rice or roti.
