This lip-smacking Masala Sandwhich is a perfect snack recipe to surprise everyone. It is protein rich and nutritious since fresh veggies are also added to it.

2 bread slices, half cup boiled chana, butter, 2 tbsp green chutney, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, salt, onion, tomato, capsicum, cheese, chaat masala
1. Butter the bread slices. Apply little bit of green chutney on one bread slice and tomato ketchuo on another.
2. Spread the chana over the one bread slice. Sprinkle some chaat masala.
3. Chop the onions, tomatoes and capsicum and use them for toppings.
4. Add a pinch of salt and chaat masala again. Place a slice of cheddar cheese. Cover it another bread slice.
5. Grill the sandwhich untill it turns golden and crisp.
Cut it diagonally and serve it with tomato ketchup.
