This is a south Indian dish that's quite popular. You can make it fresh at home. It is loaded with the much-needed proteins.

2 cups urad dal, ¼ cup curd, 2 spoon chopped coriander leaves, 1 spoon cumin powder, 1 spoon chili powder, salt as per taste
1. Soak the urad dal for 4 to 5 hours.
2. Then grind it and mix it with curd.
3. Whisk it. Put salt, cumin powder, chili powder, coriander leaves and mix it.
4. Then heat the pan with oil and fry it like vada.
5. When it is golden flip it. And when the other side is cooked , place it on a tissue. So the extra oil is removed and serve it hot.
Spicy Mashed Dal ke Vade is all set for a delightful snack.
