With many dry ingredients, you can make quick and easy masti mixture. The ingredients are easily available in your kitchen pantry. Dry cornflakes form the base of this snack which is a good source of iron, vitamin, and minerals. Adding roasted channa dal, gives valuable protein too. You can flavour the cornflakes with mild spices and the snack is already.

1 cup dry corn flakes, 2-3 cashews, 2-3 golden raisins, 3-4 crushed peanuts, 5-10 roasted channa dal, 2-3 curry leaves, 1 tsp sugar powder, ¼ tsp red chilli powder, a pinch of turmeric powder, a pinch of salt, ½ tsp oil
1. In a pan, add oil. Add peanuts, cashews, and channa dal. Saute for 2 minutes and crush them.
2. In a mixing bowl, add the cornflakes. Add the peanut mixture and rest of the ingredients.
Toss well and masti mixture is ready to relish and enjoy. Instant, easy and filling snack.
