A crispy, crunchy, light. delicious, healthy Maun, that is, laddoo made from fried paddy and jaggery is perfect meal to serve between the meals. It is easy to make and can be prepared in minutes.

3 cups fried paddy, ½ cup grated jaggery, 1 tbsp roasted carom seeds, ½ cup chopped dry coconut, 1 tbsp ghee, water as needed
1. Melt jaggery along with water over medium heat. Add ghee in it. Once done, seive it in another pan
2. Add fried paddy, carom seeds, dry coconut in the jaggery mixture and mix well.
3. While still hot, shape them into small round laddoos with moist hands.
Allow them to cool and store in an air-tight container.
