    Ingredients to make Mawa Mishri:

    1 liter milk, ½ cup sugar, 1/4 cup mishri (crystal sugar), 1 tsp cardamom powder, 1 tsp ghee

    Steps to make Mawa Mishri:

    1. Heat milk in a heavy bottomed pan, stirring continuously. Reduce the milk until it starts to thicken.

    2. Add the ghee, sugar and cardamom powder. Cook for 5 more minutes on medium heat.

    3. When it cools down a little add mishri to it and mix. Chill and serve.
