Melon Fresh is a good option for a nice cool drink in the hot summer. Water melon keeps your body cool and is a good source of vitamin C.

1 deseeded watermelon, 2 cups water, small piece of ginger, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, ice cubes, mint leaves to garnish, 4 tablespoons sugar
1. Cut the deseeded watermelon to small pieces.
2. In a blender, add the watermelons, ginger, and sugar.
3. Blend to a smooth juice.
4. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
5. Mix well and garnish with mint leaves.
Serve chill with ice cubes.
