Methi leaves are very beneficial for the people of all age groups as it contains lots of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients and dietary fibers.This can be in a very beautiful way incoporated in this very simple recepie getting all the beneficery nutrients of the leaves taking care of your healthy growth.

Ingredients: Methi leaves,Cumin seeds,Garlic,Turmeric powder, 2 green chillis,Wheat flour, salt to taste.
Steps:
1. Boil the methi leaves with salt in a cooker.
2. Take flour in a vessel add the methi leaves along with chopped garlic,green chillies,cumin seeds and a pinch of turmeric powder and salt to taste.
3. Make dumplings and give them a shape of paratha and cook them well until they turn crispy using ghee, butter or cooking oil.
Your methi parathas are ready to be served hot.You can choose your favorite chutnies. Surprise by giving a new colour to the parathas and enjoy the goodness of the leafy and healthy parathas.
