Mexican Rizo

Mexican Rizo is one type of biryani that is very delicious and healthy as well. It gives vitamin, carbohydrates to your little one. Though it is a Mexican recipe, it can be made in home easily and quickly.



    Ingredients to make Mexican Rizo:

    2 cups rice, 1 chopped capsicum and 2 tablespoon corn, 1 chopped onion, 1 tablespoon garlic paste, ½ cup tomato puree, salt as per taste, sugar as per taste, ½ table spoon mirchi powder, 1 tablespoon pepper, oil as required

    Steps to make Mexican Rizo:

    1. Place a sauce pan and boil the rice and then drain the water when the rice is cooked.

    2. Heat the oil in a pan and then add the onions and fry until it turns golden.

    3. Then add the garlic paste, salt, mirchi powder and fry.

    4. After 2 minutes, add the capsicum and corn. When it is soft, add tomato puree.

    5. Mix it well and add a little bit of sugar as per your taste.

    6. Then put the cooked rice and mix it very well.

    7. After 2 minutes, turn off the gas. Serve it hot by sprinkling pepper.

    Hot mexicon rizo is prepared to surprise kid with a different cuisine.
