A chilled cold drink called Milk Thandai can be made using milk and sugar, rich source of calcium and carbohydrates respectively. Flavoured with a healthy dry fruit powder which are a great source of vitamin and minerals, this drink tastes awesome.

1 glass of milk, 2.5 tsp sugar, 1-2 cashews, 1-2 almonds, 1-2 pistachios, 1-2 pumpkin seeds, ¼ tsp cardamom powder
1. In a pan, dry roast all the nuts and seeds for 1-2 minute. Grind to a fine powder and also add the cardamom powder. Mix well. Store this nut powder in a tight container.
2. Take a glass of cold milk. Add sugar and 1 tsp of the nut powder. Stir well.
Cold and sweet milk thandai is ready to sweeten your taste buds. Relish the cold drink.
