Milkmaid Butter Cake is a delicious desert, which is nutritious too. Milkmaid contains protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and fat. Protein is important to fight diseases, renew cells, build muscles and maintain healthy hair and nails, whereas butter is a good source of fat and contribute to cholestrol and fat content for our body, which is beneficial for our health when taken in required amount.. Mangos are very low in saturated fat, cholesterol, and sodium. They are also an excellent source of dietary fiber and vitamin B6, as well as a good source of vitamin A and vitamin C, and wheat flour is also packed with nutrients. This 4 main ingredients makes this desert a very healthy snack, which your kiddo definietly going to like.

    Ingredients to make Milkmaid Butter Cake:

    Wheat flour-1 cup, butter-1/4 cup, milkmaid-1/4 cup, mango- few slices, mango puree-1/4 cup, sugar-1/4 cup, baking powder-1/4 cup, vanilla extract-1/4 tsp, and cream-½ cup

    Steps to make Milkmaid Butter Cake:

    1. Prepare your cake pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    2. Beat butter and sugar at high speed until soft and smooth.

    3. Add condensed milk and beat until well blended. Add mango puree and beat well. Combine flour, baking powder, and sugar and beat well.

    4. Add vanilla and beat well.

    5. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Put aluminum foil around pan so the crust won't get too dark.

    6. Allow to cool for 30 minutes before removing from the pan.

    Decorate with cream, cut the mango slices and enjoy!
