    Ingredients to make Mini Pancakes:

    ½ cup black gram flour, 1 cup rice flour, salt to taste, water and oil as needed

    Steps to make Mini Pancakes:

    1. In a bowl, mix black gram flour, rice flour and salt and pour water and mix it to the consistency of ketchep.

    2. Add oil to a frying pan and drop a mini dollup of batter and smooth it out.

    3. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

    Serve these Mini Pancakes with tri-colour chutney.
