This dish is rich in Vitamin C which makes it quite beneficial for young kids. Minty Couscous can be prepared using broken wheat, chopped mint leaves, milk, chopped tomatoes, chopped spring onions, coriander leaves, olive oil and lemon juice. Milk adds to the protein content in this recipe.

Steps:
1. You need to first wash the broken wheat. Take a pan and add milk along with broken wheat.
2. Cook this mixture for at least 8 minutes. Let it cool.
3. Take a bowl and add all the remaining ingredients. Do not forget to add the cooked broken wheat. Mix it well.
4. Keep the content in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Serve it chilled. Kids would love the taste of this dish which would force them to ask for more. Share the food idea with your friends.
