Dosa is a healthy food because it contains very less saturated fat, which is a good thing as high saturated fat increases the risk of heart diseases. Dosa contains a rich source of several minerals like iron and calcium. Dosa being a fermented food helps in fighting many health problems. Minty wheat dosa is a blend of wheat amd mint leaves, which is a rich source of fiber and carbs. It's a very easy and less time consuming dish which is popular in south India.

Fresh mint leaves-½ cup, wheat flour-1 cup, ghee-1/4 cup, salt-to taste, and water-as needed
1. Add wheat flour, salt, mint leaves, and water in a container. Grind it to a smooth paste. Allow the batter to ferment overnight or for 4-8 hours.
2. Heat the tawa and place the small thick dosa, cook it on both side using ghee.
Now the minty wheat dosa is ready to serve with any chutney or pickle.
