It is a yummy sweet dish that is rich in carbs and fat and gives an energetic start to your day. Made from coconut in curd curry, it gives a rich flavor and creamy taste when served hot with rice.

1½ cups whisked curd, 1/4 cup grated coconut, 2 tsp roughly chopped green chilies, ½ tsp cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste, ½ tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp urad dal, 6 curry leaves, 2 whole dry Kashmiri red chili, 1 tbsp coconut oil.
1. Take coconut, green chilli, jeera and 1/4 cup water in a mixer and blend them well. Keep aside.
2. Combine curd, turmeric, salt and 1 cup water in a bowl and whisk well.
3. Add the coconut paste and mix well. Heat coconut oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, urad dal and red chiles.
4. Add prepared curd mixture to this and cook it on medium heat for 3 minutes.
5. Keep stirring so that the curry does not boil.
Serve it hot with steamed rice.
