2 tomatoes chopped, 2 tsp oil, 2 onions finely chopped, garlic pods finely chopped, 3 tsp red chili powder, salt to taste, coriander leaves a handful
1. Mix chili powder in water. Keep aside.
2. Heat oil. Fry onion and garlic till light brown.
3. Add chili powder paste. Cook till paste thickens. Add tomatoes and cook.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve this and enjoy.
