Mughlai Paratha is a tasty dish made with eggs and vegetables. You can try the delicious dish with curd or any side dish of your choice. Your kiddo would love it for sure.

Ingredients to make Mughlai Paratha:

250 grams maida, 6 eggs, 200 grams carrot, 200 grams French beans, 1 medium onion, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 2 teaspoons black pepper powder, refined oil, salt to taste

Steps to make Mughlai Paratha:

1. Sieve Maida flour. Add salt and cumin seeds and mix well.

2. Add and mix enough oil to make it into a mould.

3. Knead into a soft dough by sprinkling water occasionally.

4. Divide dough into four parts and roll into large rotis.

5. Cook the rotis in a non stick pan with little oil.

6. Heat two teaspoons oil in a kadai.

7. Add onions and a little salt. Cook till the onions turn translucent.

8. Add carrot and beans and fry well.

9. Add one teaspoon salt and pepper to this and keep aside.

10. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add a teaspoon of black pepper.

11. Heat little oil in a kadai and place a roti.

12. Pour the egg sufficient to cover the roti.

13. Cook till egg is set. Flip the rotis and cook the other side.

14. Turn again and add vegetables on one quarter portion of the roti.

15. Fold twice to a triangle shape. Take care not to displace the vegetables.

16. Fry with little oil to crispy parathas.

17. Make more parathas in similar way.

Hot Mughlai Paratha is ready to be relished. Serve with a side dish of your choice.
