    Ingredients to make Multicolor Sabzi:

    Potatoes, colorful capsicums, carrots, onion, garlic, salt, water

    Steps to make Multicolor Sabzi:

    1. Wash all vegetables and dice them into even pieces.

    2. In a pan, heat oil. Add onions and saute till onions turn pink.

    3. Add the other vegetables, salt, garlic and cover and cook in sufficient water for 10 minutes.

    Serve with roti or rice!
