Dosa is a savory, south Indian dish that is served with a variety of fillings and sides. This multigrain version is far healthier, without compromising on the taste. In this recipe , we use multiple grains that enhance the nutritional value significantly. The goodness of oats, ragi and wheat is blended in this one recipe which will aid in making healthy.

Oats powder-½ cup, ragi-½ cup, wheat flour-1 cup oil-1 spoon, salt-to taste and water- as per requirement
1. Mix oats powder, ragi powder and wheat flour in a bowl.
2. Add water as per requirement to make a batter and let it ferment overnight.
3. Take one scoop of dosa batter and spread it thinly using the back of the ladle on frying pan greased with oil.
4. Wait for 2 minutes, gently release the dosa from the pan and flip it to the other side. Cook for an additional 2 minutes on medium flame.
Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambhar.
