Mushroom Scramble

Here is a healthy and tasty recipe of Mushroom scramble using egg and mushroom. Egg has protein, vitamin and minerals, while mushroom has dietary fibre, vitamin C, potassium and iron.



    Ingredients to make Mushroom Scramble:

    ¼ cup mushrooms, 1 egg, ¼ onion, ½ red/yellow capsicum, 1 tsp oil

    Steps to make Mushroom Scramble:

    1. Clean, trim and chop the mushroom.

    2. Finely chop the onion and capsicum too.

    3. In a nonstick skillet, put one tsp oil.

    4. Put the onion and capsicum and saute for 2-3 mins till they turn soft. Add the mushrooms and cook for about 8 to 10 mins till they turn soft.

    5. In a bowl, beat the egg. Add the beaten egg to the mushroom mixture.

    6. Stir every few seconds, until the eggs are scrambled.

    Serve this yummy mushroom scramble as breakfast!
