2 cups grated coconut, 1½ cups jaggery, ½ cup Water, 1 cup grated paneer, 1 pinch cardamom powder, ghee 1 tsp
1. Heat jaggery with ½ cup water. Add ghee and cook till the mixture is reduced by 1/4.
2. Add coconut and cardamom powder. Mix well and cook till the coconut becomes soft.
3. Add paneer and cook for 3-4 minutes. Use as a stuffing as required.
