Wheat rotis get slowly digested, which results in a feeling of satiety for a longer time. They are also packed with energy, protein, and certain minerals! All these make this dish a good option for breakfast/lunch or dinner!

Wheat flour, onion, salt to taste, jeera, oil, ghee
1. In a bowl, add wheat flour, onion, jeera and salt and knead the dough.
2. Roll into small rotis and cook on a hot, greased tava.
Serve with ghee, sabzi or curry of your choice.
