At times, a good shake or smoothie can serve as a quick and healthy snack instead of solid food. This Nutri Shake is full of vital nutrients, such as vitamin C, vitamin B6, potassium, and iron, and tastes super yummy too!

Apple – 1 peeled & chopped, Banana – 1 peeled and chopped, formula milk – 2 tbsp, sugar – 1 tsp, cinnamon powder – ½ tsp
1. Take all the ingredients in a mixie and blend till smooth.
2. Pour into glasses and serve
