Oats Laddoo is rich in carbohydrates, dietary fibre, iron and calcium. Calcium is essential as it helps your kid's body to function by strengthening his bones and improves his ability to think.

Contents
1 cup grated sugar, 100gm rolled oats, 150gm grated coconut, 1 tsp ghee, ghee roasted nuts and raisins, 1tbsp water
1. Heat a heavy bottom pan and dry roast oats till they smell good. Cool this completely and powder in a dry blender to suit your tastecoarsely or finely and keep aside.
2. To the same pan, add jaggery, water, and coconut. Stir and cook till the jaggery melts off.
3. Add the powdered oats. Stir well, then switch off the stove. Stir in the ghee, nuts and raisins.
4. Let the temperature come down, roll small portions to balls with greased palms.
