Oats, Mango, and Yoghurt Breakfast Parfait is a healthy dish rich in vitamins and minerals, which helps you to remain healthy.

80g oatmeal, 1 cup low fat hung curd, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 ripe mango, peeled and cut, 2 tbsp of almonds, slivered
1. Cook the oats with water. Once the oats are cooked well, turn off the heat and allow it to cool.
2. Once the yogurt cools down, add the yogurt and honey and whisk it well. Adjust the sweetness by adding honey.
3. Spoon the oats yogurt into small glasses, add the chopped mangoes on the top along with slivered almonds.
Serve this delicacy immediately for a quick and healthy summery breakfast!
