Ouu khatta is a yummy chutney that you can serve with main course meals.

Contents
500 gm ouu, 150 gm gur, 2 tbsp coconut, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp chili powder, 1 pc dry chili, 2 bay leaves, 2 curry leaves, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp mustard seeds, ½ tsp ani seeds, 2 tbsp oil musard, salt.
1. Cut the ouu in long pieces, fry the cumin seeds, make powder out of it.
2. Take a pan. Add ouu pieces, turmeric powder, salt and water. Boil it.
3. When cooked, remove from flame and drain the water. Keep aside.
4. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, ani seeds, curry, and bay leaves, along with dry chili. Add the boiled ouu pieces after that.
5. Add coconut and gur and stir well. Cook till they form a thick consistency. Add cumin powder and chili powder, stir well.
Stir and cook for a minute. Serve this dish and enjoy.
