It is a side dish made from the elephant apple that has strong anti-diabetic, antioxidant, and anti-inflammation properties. It is good for our health and keeps us energized and immune to infections.

Contents
Elephant apple, jaggery, panch phoron, turmeric powder, and salt as required
1. Grind Ou Tengar or cut it into small pieces.
2. Season it with hot oil and fried panch phorun and a little turmeric.
Adjust the taste with salt and jaggery. Mix well.
