    Ingredients to make Ou Tengar Chutney:

    Elephant apple, jaggery, panch phoron, turmeric powder, and salt as required

    Steps to make Ou Tengar Chutney:

    1. Grind Ou Tengar or cut it into small pieces.

    2. Season it with hot oil and fried panch phorun and a little turmeric.

    Adjust the taste with salt and jaggery. Mix well.
