Palak Besan Kadhi is a delicious recipe with goodness of palak and besan, which is loaded with protein and the most important ingredient, that is yogurt, has beneficial bacterias in it, which keeps your child's gut healthy. It is very simple and easy to cook side dish.

    Ingredients to make Palak Besan Kadhi:

    Yogurt-1.5 cup, besan-1 cup, water-1 cup, palak-½ cup, cumin seeds-½ tbsp, tomatoes-2 small, curry leaves-few, salt-to taste, turmeric-1 tbsp, and garam masala-1/4 tsp

    Steps to make Palak Besan Kadhi:

    1. Whisk besan and yogurt till smooth. Add 2 cups water and whisk again.

    2. Grind together palak and tomatoes with a little water to a fine puree.

    3. Heat oil in a colander and add cumin seeds and curry leaves.

    4. Add yogurt mixture and mix well. Add salt, turmeric powder and mix. Cook on medium heat, stirring, till the gram flour gets cooked and the kadhi thickens.

    Add garam masala. Serve hot.
