The cabbage diet is low in calories and high in fiber. Cabbage is also high in many important nutrients, can aid in detoxification and has been associated with a variety of health benefits. Cabbage soup serves the goodness of cabbage along with palak and tomatoes, which form a nutritious blend. Like any other soup, it is also easy to prepare in only 10-15 minutes.

Cabbage-1 cup, palak-½ cup, tomatoes-1 small, oil-1 tsb, water-3 cup, salt-to taste, and corriander leaves-few
1. Heat oil in asauce pan and add chopped cabbage, tomatoes and palak. Stir and fry for 5 minutes.
2. Add salt and 2 cups of water, continue cooking for next 10 minutes.
3. Take out in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
