Palak Cabbage Soup

Cabbage soup serves the goodness of cabbage along with palak and tomatoes, which form a nutritious blend. Like any other soup, it is also easy to prepare in only 10-15 minutes.

    Ingredients to make Palak Cabbage Soup:

    Cabbage-1 cup, palak-½ cup, tomatoes-1 small, oil-1 tsb, water-3 cup, salt-to taste, and corriander leaves-few

    Steps to make Palak Cabbage Soup:

    1. Heat oil in asauce pan and add chopped cabbage, tomatoes and palak. Stir and fry for 5 minutes.

    2. Add salt and 2 cups of water, continue cooking for next 10 minutes.

    3. Take out in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.

    Serve hot.
