Paneer is rich in minerals like iron, copper, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus and selenium. The health benefits of paneer are numerous. Paneer bajji is a mouth watering, crispy, and delicious snack recipe that is popular all over India due to it great taste and nutritional benifits, making it an all time favourite snack of little ones. It is very simple to make and can be served without any substitute.

Paneer-100 gm, oil-2 tsp, water-1 cup, tomatoes-1 small, turmeric powder-1/4 tsp, coriander powder-1/4 tsb, salt-to taste and besan-½
1. Combine besan, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chopped tomatoes and salt in a bowl.
2. Add little water and mix well to a bajji batter consistency.
3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
4. Dip the paneer pieces in the batter and gently slide them into the hot oil.
5. Fry until light golden brown.
6. Remove and drain excess oil.
Serve as a snack with chutney or ketchup.
