Paneer Dosa

You can try different shapes and size when you make dosas, and use your own creativity. Everyone at home get really excited if something new crops up.Paneer dosa is a great source of vitamin for them since it has high levels of Calcium and other nutrients.



    Ingredients to make Paneer Dosa:

    2 cups - dosa batter, 200 gm - fresh paneer(grated), 1 onion - finely chopped, grated ginger, 9-10 curry leaves, few strands of coriander leaves, oil as per requirement, a pinch of tumeric powder, salt as per taste.

    Steps to make Paneer Dosa:

    1. In a pan, heat some oil and once the oil is add throw in some mustard seeds, then add curry leaves, grated ginger and add onions and saute till they are little brown in colour, then grated paneer.

    2. Add some salt, and saute well. Mix properly till it mixes like a masala. Then add some coriander leaves.

    3. Now take your dosa pan and drizzle some oil, pour ladderful batter and spread it evenly then once it starts roasting, spread a spoonful of the masala around the centre and fold on both sides.

    Your Paneer Dosa is ready.
