This is a yummy side dish can be eaten with hot rotis. This recipe mainly contains calcium which is needed for the bone and teeth development.

    Ingredients to make Paneer Makhani Kofte (1 serving):

    Paneer Cubes -100gms, cream-25ml, onions -50gms, tomatoes -50gms, cashews -15gms, salt to taste, chili powder, ginger and garlic paste, butter -10gms, kasuri methi to garnish

    Steps to make Paneer Makhani Kofte:

    1. In a pan, add butter and add chopped onions and tomatoes sauté it for 2- 5 minutes.

    2. Add onions and tomatoes and soaked cashews in a blender and make a smooth paste.

    3. In the same pan add some more butter sauté the panner and keep it aside.

    4. Add the onion paste to the pan and cook it for sometime.

    5. Add paneer cubes, chili powder, cumin powder to taste.

    6. Garnish it with cream and kasuri methi.

    Serve these yummy paneer makhani kofte!
