Paneer Mushroom Masala is a dish loaded with vitamins and minerals as both the main ingredients are good sources of calcium, vitamins, and minerals. Paneer keeps you satiated for a long time. It’s a myth that has added fat. Let’s learn to make this delicious dish.

Paneer, 1 cup white button mushrooms, 1 onion finely chopped, 2 tomatoes finely chopped, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon shahi jeera, butter, coriander leaves, salt to taste, garam masala powder
1. Wash and clean the mushrooms.
2. In a pan, add a teaspoon of butter.
3. Add shahi Jeera and wait till it splutters.
4. Add ginger garlic paste and stir till raw smell evaporates.
5. Add onions and stir till it turns pink in colour.
6. Add tomatoes and stir till it becomes mushy
7. Add button mushrooms and stir for a while.
8. In another pan, sauté some paneer in a teaspoon of oil or butter.
9. Put it in hot water. Paneer will become soft.
10. Add this paneer to mushroom and the gravy and mix till paneer gets coated with gravy.
11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Delicious Paneer Mushroom gravy is ready. Serve it to with chapatti or rice.
