These Paneer Pancakes are light, fluffy, and yummy cakes with a distinct creamy taste of Indian cottage cheese, paneer. It is a perfect protein-packed high fiber breakfast to kick start the day on a happy note.

    Ingredients to make Paneer Pancake:

    1 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup fresh paneer, 1 tbsp honey , pinch of salt and butter as required.

    Steps to make Paneer Pancake:

    1. Start with churning the paneer till smooth in blender.

    2. Now add milk and honey in it and blend well keep aside.

    3. In seprate pan add flour and salt, mix well.

    4. Now in dry ingredients, add prepared liquid, whisk well.

    5. Then heat griddle, grease it with butter and pour a laddle full batter on it.

    6. Simmer the flame and wait for a couple of minutes and flip it carefully.

    7. Add some more butter and cook till golden brown.

    Serve it lukewarm, you can also top with fresh fruits, honey, or maple syrup.
