    Ingredients to make Paneer Tomato Sandwich:

    4 whole wheat bread slices, 100 gm paneer cut into thin slices, 1 tomato cut into slices, ½ cucumber cut into thin slices, black pepper powder, butter, salt to taste.

    Steps to make Paneer Tomato sandwich:

    1. Take two slices of bread and apply butter on inward sides of both slices.

    2. Spread cucumber slices on one bread. Place tomatoes on top of cucumber.

    3. Place thinly sliced panner over tomatoes.

    4. Sprinkle salt, black pepper according to taste and cover with another slice.

    Serve cold or grilled.
