Papaya is rich in vitamin B and C and minerals like potassium and magnesium. Along with orange juice, which is also a good source of vitamin C and potassium, you can prepare a sweet and tangy Papaya Orange Jam. This jam recipe goes well with phulkas or toast.

1 cup papaya, ¼ cup orange juice, ½ cup sugar, 1 cup water
1. Peel and chop the papaya into pieces. Blend to form a smooth puree.
2. In a pan, add the papaya puree and water. Give a good stir and cook well for 3-4 minutes
3. Add the sugar and orange juice. Mix on a medium flame.
4. As bubbles start to appear, the mixture thickens.
Papaya Orange Jam with all its flavours is ready to be relished. Devour and enjoy!
