Pasta with Tuna and Tofu is very rich in protein, which helps your little one to remain healthy and strong. It's quite a filling meal too.

500gm pasta, 2 potatoes boiled and chopped, 100gm tuna, 100gm tofu
1. Heat the oil in a pan, throw in the onion and potatoes and cook for a couple of minutes.
2. Stir in the chilli and sugar. Season with salt and pepper and bring to the boil. Give it a good stir, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Add the pasta and cook according to packet instructions.
4. Flake the tuna and the tofu into the sauce and heat through.
5. Drain the pasta, return to the pan, and stir in the sauce.
Serve hot to your little one.
