When these mix with the goodness of onions and tomatoes, which are folate, vitamin B6, vitamin K, and manganese, the result is a super tasty and healthy dish!

    Ingredients:2 Potatoes,1 1/2Tomato, 1/2Onion, 1/2 Capsicum,Green Peas, 2 Green chillis, Pav bhajji masala, Salt, Oil, Red chilli powder, Tumeric powder.

    Steps:

    1. Boil potatoes, green chilli, capsicum and mash them well. 

    2. Make a paste of onion and tomato. 

    3. In a pan, pour oil and put the pav bhajji masala along with the paste made of tomato and potato keeping in mind not to burn the masala.

    4. Now put the mashed ingredients along with salt,tumeric powder and red chilli powder. Let it heat in sim. Your pav bhajji masala is ready to serve.
