A simple, quick and tasty chaat, is Peanut Chaat. This chaat has all the goodness of lemon, which is a good source of vitamin C. Grated raw mangoes when added provide vitamins and minerals like vitamin A, C, calcium, iron and magnesium. Peanuts are a good source of biotin, vitamin and minerals too. This chaat is an ideal snack.

    Ingredients to make Peanut Chaat:

    1 cup peanuts, ½ onion, 1 tomato, 1tbsp grated raw mango, 1 tbsp carrot, 1.5 tsp lemon juice

    Steps to make Peanut Chaat:

    1. Finely chop the onion, tomato and carrot.

    2. In a pan, dry roast the peanuts for about 2-3 minutes.

    3. In a mixing bowl, add the roasted peanuts, chopped veggies, grated raw mango and lemon juice.

    Give a good toss and Peanut Chaat is ready to devour and enjoy.
