Peanuts are high on proteins and are a rich source of minerals like copper, manganese, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, and selenium. Peanut Laddoo is a yummy sweet item.

1 cup peanuts, 1 cup jaggery, ½ cup poha
1. Dry roast the peanuts on a tava and remove the skin. You can use them with the skin also as it does not affect the taste.
2. Once cool, grind the peanuts with jaggery.
3. Crush poha and add them to the powder. Dry roast the poha on a tava until it becomes crunchy. Powder and mix everything well.
4. Roll the mix to balls. Store them in an airtight jar and use within 2 weeks or more.
It is a very tasty dish and all will love it!
