Peanuts Crispy Fried is a yummy dish to snack on. It can be prepared easily and will vanish within minutes of being served.

Ingredients to make Peanuts Crispy Fry:
Peanuts (moongfali) - 250 gm, arrowroot Powder - 1 tbsp, maida (refined flour) - 1 tbsp, haldi Powder - 1 tbsp, chaat masala - 1 tbsp, Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 tsp, garam masala powder - 1 tbsp, cooking oil - 200 gm, salt-1 tsp
1. Add arrowroot, salt, maida, haldi, and Kashmiri mirch to the peanuts.
2. Add a little water and mix well till all the nuts are well coated.
3. Heat oil in a Kadhai and fry peanuts till the colour turns pink.
4. Sprinkle chaat masala and garam masala.
Cool and serve with tea or cold drinks.
